June 2026
The Pillar of the Community
The Pillar of the Community is a celebration of our 2026 honoree, Jean Wieder, and SPARK Senior Centers’ mission, as well as a call to action in our community. Our area’s older adult population is growing rapidly, and the local needs and associated costs of our services are growing accordingly. Your financial support allows us to play the vital role in our community of helping seniors to live vibrant, purposeful, and independent lives at any age. The Pillar of the Community is our largest fundraiser of the year, and it is through the donations, sponsorships, advertisements, and ticket sales that we are able to meet our fundraising goals each year. Thank you for being an important part of our work and our mission through your financial support.
Meet our honoree Jean Wieder
Our 2026 honoree, Jean Wieder, has dedicated her career and personal life to enriching the local business, faith, and nonprofit sectors. She truly embodies our tag line “Sparking Connections, Enriching Lives,” serving as a humble example of leadership through civic engagement and social responsibility.
Jean is passionate about family, faith, and community. She attends her church, Calvary Chapel, and is on the Tent Committee at New Life Bible Fellowship. She participates in multiple business networking groups and many local Chambers of Commerce. She is also a member and on the board of the Souderton-Telford Rotary Club, having fundraised for both local and international projects. Jean proudly shares the work the Club has done to revitalize Rotary Park in Souderton in addition to work in Burkina Faso and Honduras.
While we’re not sure how she has found the time, Jean also helps with fundraising events for SPARK Senior Centers. If you have attended one of our events, you will surely recognize Jean’s welcoming smile from our registration table! Jean champions SPARK Senior Centers as truly lifesaving hubs – places where seniors feel supported and connected as part of something larger than themselves.

Special Thanks to all of our 2026
